In Store

Items purchased in the last 30 days may be exchanged or returned for a full refund off the purchase price.  You will need your reciept, photo ID, and the credit card used to make the purchase.  Non-sale items brought in for return without a reciept or invoice may be exchanged and/or returned for store credit of the current selling price at the discretion of the The Stanford Store.

By Mail


Returns
Place the items you want to return in a box with the original invoice and send it to the address below via insured mail.  Clearly mark the item for return on the original invoice and include the reason for return.  Returns cannot be processed without the original invoice.  We do not refund shipping.  If you lost your receipt, you can only return the item in the Store and you will receive store credit at the current selling price.

Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item, place the items you want to exchange in a box and send it to the address below via insured mail. Clearly mark the item for exchange on the original invoice and include it in the box along with a check for the original cost of shipping made out to “The Stanford Store” (Note: if no check is included, we cannot exchange the item).

All returns or exchanges must be made within two weeks of receiving the order.

NOTE: There are no returns or exchanges on Sale or Clearance items.
